Since 2006 we are Uruguayan and foreign investors to invest in Paraguay. Our work began by the year 2002 with a Livestock Fund in Uruguay, then in 2006 the cost of production increased by over 100% pushing down yields achieved in previous years, this forced us to consider investing in Paraguay more precisely in the Chaco for the simple reason that land values were the lowest in the region. After a thorough review that took us about 7 months, where we pointed out the legal framework, which was what we most difficult, getting in contact with prestigious professionals and notaries in Asuncion who give us all the guarantees to invest safely. In those 7 months we toured much of the Paraguayan Chaco visiting ranches and forest areas without development, so we were gathering information that enabled us to compare which were the best options for livestock or agricultural production. Only in this way we could inform us of the different developments and market prices of such properties. Today our work is based on offering our customers farms that were previously selected by: 1 - Titles in order and taxes per day. 2 - Areas with fertile soils with high phosphorus index, plenty of fresh groundwater or rainfall exceeding 800mm per year in the months of October through May. 3 - Prices that are reasonable in the development, access and future possibilities in terms of production. To summarize: Paraguay besides having lower values of land in the region, its production costs are very affordable and tax allow achieving excellent returns and a very good investment. The Legal Framework provides the same rights to foreigners with Paraguayan farmers. In addition to unfamiliar Paraguay takes the pleasant surprise of the generosity and warm treatment of his people to respect and make us feel in our own country.
